Nothing much is known about the city of Linhir other than it is now a haven for multitudes of refugees from the war.
Security is high, and the military presence is easily felt in the scores of heavily armed guards who are on constant patrol. Having just driven the corsairs from their streets, they intend to keep it a safe place for all law-abiding sorts.
